Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Dead Simple. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information becomes active within 24 hours.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipments may be subject to:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT or other local fees

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Dead Simple is not responsible for delays caused by customs. Any customs fees or import taxes imposed by your country must be paid by the customer.


Shipping Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather disruptions, strikes, or peak-season congestion).


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Dead Simple is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at admin@deadsimpleinc.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review and arrange a resolution.
